The large open plan L shaped sitting room has an open fire and comfortable seating. At one end is the dining area and the other a separate television viewing area with DVD player and surround sound. The newly hand built kitchen has wooden cupboards and zinc worksurfaces. It has been fitted out with all new appliances and has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and hob. There are plenty of pans for the enthusiastic cook and beautiful white porcelain china.
The 5 spacious bedrooms, sleep 8 persons, all have natural flooring, antique furniture and the most comfortable top quality beds with white egyptian cotton bedlinen. There are two modern bathrooms, one with bath shower, the other with walk in shower, and two separate WCs.
We have provided for your use a sea kayak and 2 adult bicycles, as well as a full size table tennis table, which is located in the huge 'games' room on the top floor, which has lovely sea views. The house has its own driveway. There is parking for one car and a garage for bicycles etc. The large walled garden is over 4000m2.
